Visi-Lux Twin Starter Unit. 18-20w T8.

The VisiLux light starter units offer a number of enhanced features when compared to conventional models. The end caps are made of durable and transparent polycarbonate for easier and more precise fluorescent fitting. They are specially designed for humid environments and are protected against waterspray. Only one cable connects the power unit to each set of end caps, preventing a tangle of wires.

I've added these to the range mainly for use with the Miracle Mud sumps. Although you can get more sheer light output in the same space by using power compacts suspended above the sumps the Visi-Lux units work well when fitted into the sumps. I'm particularly impressed by the endcaps used and their ability to still run while submerged! Very useful if you manage to flood the sump while the power's still on.
